Shipping Information

Welcome to The Key 2 Beauty's shipping information section. Here, we describe our shipping methods, processing times, and returns. We are committed to clear and transparent communication.
 

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate on all orders. Free returns are provided on all domestic (continental US) orders.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be picked and packed to ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship within 3 business days following the next business day.

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once a shipping label has been generated. Please contact us at info@thekey2beauty.com or on our Contact Us page as soon as you realize that the address needs to be corrected. 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. 

 

International Shipping

At this time, we can only ship to the continental U.S.,

Return & Exchange Information

Beginning on the day you receive your item, you may contact us within 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thekey2beauty.com with your order number, your receipt or proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. We’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hygiene products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Please contact us at info@thekey2beauty.com to begin the Exchange process. We will coordinate the most efficient exchange process for you.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
